Remember if your looking at mine for example, higher ranked rings can't be used unless they have met the minimum FV/AS requirement. The power of rings are universal. You need them for Box weapons, Skills, and other weapons.

B rank: 10,500 FV/Ability Strength
A rank: 30,000 FV/Ability Strength
S rank: 40,000 FV/Ability Strength (Can be subjected to change.)
