D Rank: None
C Rank: 1,500 Ability strength
B rank: 4,500 Ability Strength
A rank: 10,000 Ability Strength
S rank: 25,000 Ability strength (This is the same as opening your second flame.)
YOUR ABILITY MUST BE SEPARATED INTO DIFFERENT RANKS. This is to prevent someone from gaining too much power early on.

Rank: Give over all rank. Only Civilians or Students can have an ability. If their Flame is listed as ability they can have up to an S rank ability. If they don't they can only have up to a C rank ability.
What stat does it utilize: What stat does it mainly affiliate with? (This is typically pointed toward the stat it will use. If it is an illusion attack it will use magic.)
History: What is the history of the ability? (How did you obtain it?)
What does it do: What does it do? Please separate the ability into ranks D being the weakest and S being the strongest.
